Which is better for removing smells and allergens from the air? Ion generators? Ozone generators? hepa air filters? Or some machine that is a combination of the three? I want to get something like an ionic breeze but not sure what’s best….?

that is what I’m about to purchase – any recommendations?
I have severe dust allergies (sorry that got cut off). I have SEVERE dust and asthma – I need clean air. I clean like a nut but nothing really helps.
its called a ecoclean true air purifier ( its an air purifier) it kinda looks like the ionic breeze but a little more bulky.. the thing is… i don’t know how to clean or replace the filters that are in it.. or if i even can… if someone can tell me what to do step by step or can show me a link that does the ill totally give u 10 points thanks
on the mode control, where the arrow is pointing to each level, on the arrow there’s a light which should be blue but mine is flashing blue. the blue light comes on and off every like 2 sec. and there is no air coming out of the front. I’ve tried cleaning it and even pluging it to another outlet. doesn’t work………………..please help if you know the situation i’m talking about. Thanks so much!
