I usually use level 1 at night, and level 2 during the day when I am home. Levels 3 and 4 are a bit loud. I’m 28 an have been living in this house for most of my life. I moved out to live with boyfriends and what not, but for the most part have lived here. My uncle (who chain smokes) and my grandfather (who smokes cigars) has lived here the whole time I’ve been here, and before my mom and grandmother passed away they also smoked and lived here. Needless to say I’ve always got my fair share of 2nd hand smoke. I’m starting to get a cough now that I never had before, and I am wondering what is a good air filter for smoke? I have TWO air purifiers in my room that I have to constantly clean, of course one is old and the other is the ionic pro but with the smoke in this house it gets dirty SO fast I have to clean it every week.
I even have a filter type material double layered over my air vent but mostly that just keeps out dust, doesn’t work too well on smoke ;(
Some of you might say "well your 28, just move out" yea I wish I could..but I cant I because I’m taking care of my 81 year old grandfather who has cancer (he says cigars are his only "vice" and let me tell you, he smokes ALL day)
