How does the ionic breeze work?

they say on the commercials that it charges the incoming air and the charged dirt, smog, and dust gets attracted to the opposite electrode.
meaning only clean ozone is let out
can the ionic breeze filter out CO2?

It will attract dust, and collect it, but in order for an air filtering system to work, air has to pass through it. The Ionic Breeze has no fan system to move air, so it relies on normal room air currents to push air through it. Spend a little more $, and get a system that really works. And No, CO2 is a gas, it won’t filter it out, neither will any other "over the counter" air filter system.
